Terms of Service

Effective: July 2025

1. Acceptance

By accessing S3 Explorer (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts and Pricing

• Free Sandbox. Limited to one connection and files <= 50 MB that auto‑expire after 7 days.
• Pro Plan. 18 USD per year, auto‑renewing until canceled. Unlocks unlimited connections and no auto‑delete.
• Fees are processed via GitHub Payments (or a future provider). Taxes may apply.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Upload or distribute illegal content.
• Perform penetration testing, scraping, or automated bulk actions without written consent.
• Upload individual files larger than 5 GB or transfer more than 20 GB per day on the sandbox tier.

4. Intellectual Property

S3 Explorer and its visual design are © 2025. AWS trademarks belong to Amazon.com, Inc.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid in the past 12 months or (b) 100 USD.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may cancel Pro at any time; no prorated refunds.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Venue is San Diego County, California.

9. Changes

Material changes will be emailed to Pro users and posted here. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
